  • Can I use more than one discount code per order?
    Our checkout only allows one discount code per order. Our team cannot amend discounts on order once placed. We recommend saving your second discount code for a future order.
  • Can I add or remove items from my order?
    Once an order is placed and paid for, we are unable to add additional items to the order. This means you will need to place a new order with the items you wish to add. In some cases we may be able to remove items prior to shipping or change sizes, however, this is not guaranteed. Our team will try our best to assist with any changes however please know if your order has been shipped, no changes can be made and you will be responsible for returning any unwanted items as per our return policy. If you wish changes to your order address or product style/size, please email sikseacloset@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @thesikseacloset as soon as possible!
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Our team is not able to cancel orders once placed. If you wish to make changes to your order address or product style/size, please email sikseacloset@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @thesikseacloset as soon as possible with your requests. However once the order is shipped, we cannot guarantee orders can be updated and your order would then be subject to our return policy.
  • What payment options do you offer?
    We offer the following payment methods. - Visa Cards - Mastercard - Rupay Cards - UPI (GooglePay, PhonePe, BHIM & more) - Netbanking - Credit Card EMI - Cardless EMI (Zest Money, Early Salary, Instacred) - Wallet (Amazon Pay, Airtel Money, Freecharge, Jio Money, Ola Money, Mobikwik) You will find all available payment options at the checkout.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at sikseacloset@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @thesikseacloset . We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order. In the event that your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for contacting the courier to update the address or collect the parcel from the address that has been entered. Siksea is not responsible for the delivery of parcels to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, a tracking number will be issued and sent to you by our shipping partner. You will receive this via an email notification or as a message on your given contact number. Our carriers may experience slight delays in transit from time to time. This is normal and is due to unforeseen circumstances in the delivery journey. It does not need to be cause for concern, however, if you are unsure, keep an eye on your tracking details or contact the carrier for delivery updates.   • I haven't received a confirmation Email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?
    Confirmation emails can sometimes go into your junk/spam folders so please check this first. All confirmation emails come from sikseacloset@gmail.com If you still do not have this mail, please email sikseacloset@gmail.com with your order number and shipping address and we will be able to assist you with locating this.
  • My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it?
    If your package is missing, please check with other members of your household, neighbours or front desk reception to see if they received the package on your behalf as we do see this happen quite often. If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact the courier for proof of delivery as our shipping options allow delivery to a safe place. If after proof of delivery is provided and you are still unable to locate your parcel, please email sikseacloset@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist, however, please know we cannot refund a missing but delivered parcel.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    If your order is over 1000 INR, we offer free standard delivery. Please note that you must exceed 1000 INR after discounts, rewards and promotions have been applied to be eligible for free shipping.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    Orders placed by 10 am IST Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10 am IST or on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day. Please be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times. Please allow for a minor dispatch delay of up to 3 business days on sales as we work to pack high order volume. Please contact us on sikseacloset@gmail.com if you have any concerns.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    All orders will be processed and delivered between Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays. Please be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times. Orders placed by 10 am IST Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10 am IST or on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day. Please allow for a dispatch delay on sale days as we work to pack high order volumes. We will dispatch your order through a reputed logistics partner. You order will reach you in 3 - 10 days. We will keep you informed with the progress of your order.
  • My parcel was returned to sender, what should I do?
    Your parcel may have been returned to sender for the following reasons: The parcel was not received on the delivery date The courier was unable to deliver after multiple attempts Incorrect or incomplete delivery address The parcel was refused Our team will be able to get this resent out to you once the parcel is delivered back and located at our warehouse. As soon as you can see your order is being returned, please contact our team via our email sikseacloset@gmail.com and provide your correct shipping address, we will get this sorted for you as soon as possible. Please note, some carriers may be delayed in returning your items back to us, please allow additional time for the parcel to reach us and for our team to locate the order to re-ship this to you. In the event you entered an incorrect address, we may require you to pay for this order to be reshipped to you.
  • Can I exchange my order for another size?
    All customers are eligible to return their unworn clothes from Siksea for exchange within 7 days of delivery. Make sure the products you are returning are unused, unwashed, undamaged with the tag and bill intact with the original packaging. If you wish to exchange please see below steps: Email us at sikseacloset@gmail.com or reach us through the chat feature on our website. Please mention the order number and the colour/size you want to exchange. The exchange order will be picked up and shipped to our warehouse. Once we receive the exchange shipment, we will ship your new order with the requested style/size. Please note: Exchanges are available only if the stock is available in the warehouse.
  • Are there any exclusions from the returns policy?
    The following items are not eligible for return: Items that exceed 7 days of delivery date Items that have been worn, washed or marked by the customer.
  • I removed the tags from my items/my items have been worn. Can I still return them?
    Make sure the products you are returning are unused, unwashed, undamaged with the tag and bill intact with the original packaging. In case of missing tags/worn products, the return will not be processed.
  • Will I have to pay for my return?
    We offer free returns and exchanges for orders exceeding 1000 INR.
  • The size I need to exchange for is not available. Can I still exchange?
    If your required size for exchange is not available, we recommend opting for return.
  • How can I return my order?

  • How can I cancel my return?
    If you decide you want to cancel your full return or cancel just selected items of your order, please reach out to us at sikseacloset@gmail.com and we will be able to resolve this for you.
  • Can I return for a refund?
    Returns are available within 7 days after the shipment is delivered. All of our products are eligible for returns. Make sure the products you are returning are unused, unwashed, undamaged with the tag and bill intact with the original packaging. ​ Refunds will be sent to the payment account and will be received within 14 working days.
  • How to wash & care for Siksea products?
    Due to the soft nature of our activewear, we highly recommend avoiding abrasive surfaces and following washing instructions: Machine wash inside-out in cold water on a delicate cycle Avoid washing with other abrasive fabrics and materials (use a delicates bag if possible) Remove padding(if any) prior to washing Do not use fabric softener Do not wring excess water Air dry only (do not tumble dry) Do not soak for long periods in water Strictly washing with similar colours. Light colours can be prone to changing colour if washed with dark or bright colours
  • Will you restock the sold out products?
    Our popular styles and collections can sell out quite quickly so we do recommend making your purchase as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. For most of our collections, a restock is highly unlikely. We sometimes try to restock products that are in high demand. To ensure that you're the first to be notified when we restock, follow us on Instagram @thesikseacloset as we post in case of any restocks there. We are always working on new styles and collections so if you do happen to miss out on a collection, make sure you keep an eye out for future drops!
  • Will you expand your product range in the future?
    We are constantly planning new collections for Siksea. We love hearing feedback and suggestions via email to find out exactly what our customers would like to see in future collections. As a growing brand, we are still learning and actively looking for ways to improve and expand our range and sizes.
  • How can I contact Siksea?

Please note, all inquiries will be responded to between our business hours of 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday. During holiday seasons and launch days, we ask that you please allow for some delays to your reply.
